With extensive experience in top positions at the Directorate General of Taxes, he brings valuable strategic perspectives to the development of services and quality assistance at TaxGBC. His leadership career began as Head of the General Affairs Division of the West Java I Regional Tax Office (2008–2009), before being entrusted to lead several strategic Regional Offices such as the North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Gorontalo, and North Maluku Regional Tax Offices in 2009–2010. These assignments became important milestones that strengthened his reputation as a leader with mature managerial and fiscal oversight capabilities.

His consistent competence and track record then led him to lead the Central Java I Regional Tax Office (2010–2013), an area with high complexity related to cross-sector industrial tax compliance management. His success in implementing structural transformation and strengthening fiscal governance led to him being entrusted with leading the next strategic regions, namely the West Jakarta Regional Tax Office (2013–2016) and the South Jakarta Regional Tax Office I (2016–2019). These two regions are major centers of economic activity in Indonesia, and his success in maintaining the quality of supervision, increasing tax intensification, and strengthening the integrity of fiscal administration has cemented his position as an authoritative figure in the field of national taxation.

After his service at the DGT, Dr. H. Sakli Anggoro, M.P.A.C., continued his contributions to the financial services sector and human resource development. He served as Independent Commissioner of PT Mega Asset Management (2019–2024), then as Independent Commissioner of Mega Capital Sekuritas since 2025—two positions that demonstrate his ability to provide professional oversight in the asset management and capital market sectors. Additionally, he has been entrusted as Chairman of the Indonesian Taxation College since 2023, reinforcing his commitment to education, competency development, and the cultivation of professional talent in the field of taxation.
